STARS students are once again organising a session at the European Geosciences Union General Assembly. The EGU is a week-long gathering of Geoscientists from all over the world who come together to share and discuss their research in all areas of geoscience. The STARS students are planning a Pico session and they are currently seeking abstracts from anyone interested in presenting their work in the session: Digging the Future – Unearthing the power of soil science to address global challenges. An interdisciplinary session bringing together solutions to achieve a sustainable future by 2050.
This will be the third session at the EGU convened by STARS students as part of their CDT training. So building on the success of the two previous sessions, this promises to be a really interesting and exciting session.
For anyone interested in submitting an abstract go along to the EGU website abstract management page and look for session SSS12.9, “Digging the future” in the session programme.
